To win this award, an employee must demonstrate outstanding performance and leadership qualities. Winning this award qualifies you for the "Employee of the Year Award".

Employee of the Year Award

This award is for the 12 Employees who were selected in the year for Employee of the Month. The selected candidate is definitely of leadership quality and would be considered for a Supervisory role within Skanna. The awarded candidate will receive a vacation travel package or cash equivalent.

First Aid & CPR Training

Skanna employees receive Canadian Red Cross First Aid & CPR training by our in-house certified instructors.


Leadership Training

Technical Training

To proficiently serve our clients, our employees receive training on a variety of advanced technologies. Technical training includes:

    safe full-body scanning systems for detecting concealed objects,
    whether metallic or non-metallic, under clothing, to protect people,
    property and privacy.

  • InTime: A user-friendly location-based scheduling interface, InTime
    simplifies contract commitments and controls costs to give improved
    productivity, reduced overhead, and higher margins.

  • Mirador: A real-time monitoring system that tracks environmental conditions during all stages within the cold chain – production, storage and transportation.

  • Perimeter Control and Alarm Monitoring software

  • Fire System Monitoring and Alarm software
