Winston Bollers serves as the Director of Operations. Winston has extensive background in logistics and distribution center security. Winston is currently managing Skanna Security’s contracts in Eastern Canada including The Home Depot Distribution Centers and Matrix Logistics Distribution Centers. He also has wide experience in loss prevention and retail security.
Experience:
21 years of experience in the security industry with special focus on distribution centers and logistics.
13 years of experience in managing the security services provided to clients at large distribution centers throughout the province.
Education:
Diploma, Computer Programming and Analysis, Seneca College.
Certificate, How to Supervise People, Park University Enterprise.
Joint Health and Safety Committee Certification training, Ontario Workplace Safety & Insurance Board.
Ahmed Ibrahim, CPP®
Ahmed Ibrahim serves as the General Manager of Operations. Ahmed is currently managing Skanna Security’s contracts in Western Canada including The Home Depot Distribution Centers and Matrix Logistics Distribution Centers.
Experience:
16 years of experience in the security industry.
15 years of experience in creating and developing Standard Operating Procedures and Manuals.
12 years of experience in managing the security services provided to various clients at large distribution centers across Canada.
10 years of experience instructing Canadian Red Cross First Aid and CPR (AED) training.
PPEA Municipal Law Enforcement Officer - Toronto Police Service's (TPS) Municipal Law Enforcement (MLE) Program.
Education:
Board Certified in Security Management, ASIS International
B.Sc., Biology, University of Toronto.
Diploma, Public and Private Investigations, Sheridan College.

Ahsan Said
Ahsan Said serves as the Field Manager. Ahsan has an extensive background in security, customer service and relationship building. Ahsan is currently responsible for Skanna employees in Ontario.
Experience:
9 years of experience in physical security.
3 years of experience in team management.
Education:
B.Sc., Criminology and Justice, Ontario Tech University.
Private Pilot License, Transport Canada.
